Russell is good but venue is too large

I wish I was informed to come about 45 minutes earlier as the venue arena at Hard Rock is vey different to seeing him 15 years ago at the Miami Improve. Please inform your guests that there is a 20 minute wait at security and a 20 minute wait to get a drink and food. Not enough staff to function at security and food made many guests I could see upset. We were lucky to make it on time to see Russel headline to only sit in a folding chair for 2 hours with food and drinks in your lap, people passing you all the time, security guards blocking our view as we had a seat between sections. This was my Christmas gift to my husband and will never see a comedian in a big venue like this on a big screen. Miss the intamcy of the smaller venue, wish Russell knew this, just better inform guests beforehand, thanks
